Welcome to our page, where you’ll find our tariff information survey, tariff support for Canadian businesses (LEDC), and a list of products proudly made right here in London and the surrounding area!
In light of the current trade environment, we want to emphasize the importance of supporting local jobs. London is home to many Canadian and foreign-owned businesses that contribute to our local economy. Rather than discouraging purchases from certain businesses, the focus should be on choosing products that help sustain employment and business in London.
The goal is to support products that contribute to job creation in London, regardless of a company’s ownership.
If your business makes a product here in London that you do not see on this list – please tell us about it by emailing info@londonchamber.com.
The London Chamber of Commerce is conducting information gathering in order to understand the trade landscape in the London region in order to help develop a response to the tariffs placed on Canadian goods by the United States.
As a first line of defense, Canada's robust system of economic support programs is available to help businesses and workers directly impacted by U.S. tariffs. This includes financing and advisory support for businesses through financial Crown corporations and support for workers.
